List of "top of the line" subwoofers?

What brand(s) of sub woofer would be most considered high quality for its price?

I have a budget of $70-$90

if you wanna spend about 90 dolalrs a subwoofer kickers are a very good brand

Kicker CompVR 07CVR124 12" subwoofer with dual 4-ohm voice coils would be very ncie

as for the amplifier... if you want a kicker it will cost you much more... the best thing i can recomend would be if you can find a cheap rockford fosgate or jsut get a sony xplod amplifier from walmart for about 98 dolalrs

$ 70.00 - 90.00 is not a budget, it is an insult to good sub woofers. A cheap sub woofer is gonna cost $ 100.00 for one that might last. JL, Alpine, MTX,  are good subs.

i bought two soundstorm stealth 12" 1200watt 600 rms,subs off of the site i will give you below,just 1 sub was $43.00,i bought 2,for like $95.00

There are a few good brand out there, but I would say JL, Rockford Fosgate, ML (competition), and a few others.  Having $70-90 for each is a little better than what was previously thought.  I have purchased a few things for my stereo setup and noticed that they had an ok selection with pretty good prices.

It would be best to save up for a quality sub woofer, or check on ebay for one used.  Check any of the major car audio forums for great deals too.
