List of stuff to bring to Woodward cheer tumbling?

My friend said she got a list of things you should bring to Woodward Camp in PA for cheer tumbling but I didn't get one! I'm going soon so if anyone has the list or has a general idea from previous visits to the camp of what I should bring, please let me know!

I haven't been to that camp before but I assume that you'll need to pack everything you'd pack for any regular camp (toiletries, clothes, etc) plus a pair of running shoes or cheer shoes, workout/athletic attire, water bottle and maybe a skipping rope if they require that as part of your conditioning.
