List the items that will increase horsepower in my car to about 100 more horsepower without supercharging?

I'm a poor man, I can't afford to buy a supercharger. Especially for my car, I already did the research. $3,000.00 is too much for me. Poor man on a budget. Anyway, what can give me an increase at about 100 more horsepower to my 180 horsepower vehicle. I've already bought a cold air intake system. Okay next on the menu. My exhaust is fairly big already, believe me it is. It's a Celica GT-S, plus I don't want people (haters) saying the only reason why your car is fast is because you got that big fat muffler exhaust on the back of your car. I know I shouldn't worry about what other people say, but I don't want to hear any excuses for them losing to me in a race. LOL If I put race pipes on my car, taking away the catalytic converter, how much HP increased? Also, a header. Any gain on that? What will increase torque? List some things in my next.

First of all, I'd like to point out to any potential answerers that "turbocharger" is actually short for "turbosupercharger", so don't mention them.  Anyway, I'd say port your heads (clean the cylinders from any buildup), then get a chip to increase compression and raise RPM limit.  This will drop the engine life though, so be careful.  As to torque, I don't know of any ways to increase torque by a good amount, other than increasing the displacement.

removing catalystic gain 10 hp, headers about 3-5=very good gain on high RPM's get a shirt shifter that very helps. get a trusted chip (try not to use ebay) it will give u like 15-20 hp gain. then get exhaust sensor it will give more. then get a vtec controller but don put vtec too yearly, like 4000 rpm. will be faster. if u dont gaing to use the car for girls=remove some interior parts=will help a lot man trust me. if u got more questions write me ([e-mail]) all this came from my own expirience

perhaps changing the crank for more stroke....more cc's.

Along with a deck shaving of the block and head. 100 horse is alot to gain with the dollar amount you have stated. if you are just using it for a race, use n.o.s.
