  1. water pollo, equestrian, and that winter olympic sport where they sweep the ice in front of that big circle block(forgot what it's called thought)

  2. just handball for me ... it is a silly sport and only included because powerful IOC Europeans had it included, they are the only ones who play it.

  3. THIS IS ONE I THINK SHOULD BE IN THE OLYPICS

    CHEERLEADING

    CHEERLEADING

    CHEERLEADING

    CHEERLEADING

  4. I think all of those sports you mentioned should be in the olympics because they require skill and some sort of athletic talent.

  5. Beach volleyball... What's the purpose of having both volleyball and beach volleyball in the Olympics? Besides, although it is enjoyable, I see  beach volleyball a simpler version of volleyball... (Furthermore, if there is beach volleyball in the Olympics, one could ask why isn't there beach footabll as well...)

TableTennis... (For the same reasons I stated above...)

    Trampoline... Ditto.

Slalom canoeing and sailing... Since, these sports are dependant on environmental conditions and you can not established two equal competetions held in two different places...

Archery and shooting... (I don't consider these to be sports...)

  6. Definitely equastrian. Olympics is about human competing against human but in the event of equastrian whether a team wins / loses, it very much depends on the horses not the riders.

  7. Beach volleyball. I am so sick of it, I could scream. I think the massive coverage of it is just a t&a show for NBC to get more viewers. I love equestrian, archery, fencing, weightlifting, judo, and all the lesser known sports that I only get to see during the Olympics. At least, I used to see them but now it's beach volleyball taking up way too much air time. Geez!! : (

  8. Is speed walking still in the Olympics?

    Trampoline, Sailing, and Shooting

  9. Rhythmic gymnastics and synchronised swimming. They're not sport in my book.

  10. Football (soccer as we in the US know it), is the most popular sport in the world. It should definitely stay an Olympic sport. Athletes train very hard in their respective sport and it would be a horrible shame to remove any of them from the list.

    Aquatics Water Polo

    Archery

    Athletic Events

    Badminton

    Baseball

    Basketball

    Beach Volley ball

    Boxing

    Fencing

    Field Hockey

    Football

    Handball

    Indoor Volley ball

    Swimming

    Synchronized Swimming

    Judo

    Modern Pentathlon

    Rowing

    Sailing

    Shooting

    Softball

    Table Tennis

    Taekwondo

    Tennis

    Triathlon

    Weight lifting

    Wrestling

    Flat water Canoeing

    Slalom Canoeing

    BMX Cycling

    Road Cycling

    Equestrian

    Track Cycling

    Rhythmic Gymnastics

    Trampoline Gymnastics

    Artistic Gymnastics

  11. Fewer canoe/kayak and swimming events.  Too many medals given out.  Team sports count as only one gold medal which is unfortunate.

A lot of those sports are not popular in the US, but they are sports and should remain (i.e. handball).  Only ones I would cut are weight lifting events.  You use weights to train and the injuries sustained are permanently disfiguring and make ghoulish TV.  Many events I will not watch, but they are competitive and should stay, I would add MMA though.  Agree with above about cheerleading, would be more entertaining than most of the events and see those fine women from around the world!
