  1. 8. Spending a lot of time trying to get other people to do your homework.

  2. I see that you didn't read the answer I gave on your last question.

To reiterate, crimes aren't labeled felony or misdemeanor - every state has specific laws that will categorize what offenses are either felony or misdemeanor.  I have to specify NYS.

    1) poor hygiene isn't a crime;  You'd have to know that Kevin still owned the macaroons, otherwise you can't intentionally be taking his property.  In NYS, simply stealing something of minimal worth and absent special circumstances amounting to "grand larceny" (see NYSPL Art. 155) this would be petty larceny and a misdemeanor.

    2) Burglary - felony.

    3) Also burglary - if the store is still in business and obviously closed, your intent to commit a crime is pretty much a slam dunk.  Also add Grand Larceny if the Tweeter is worth at least $1,000.  The locking of the door is utterly irrelevant.

    4) Larceny by trick - that's still theft and depending on the value of the jacket, maybe even Grand Larceny (a felony).  Under Art. 155, all you have to do to commit larceny is take the property and deprive the owner (or somebody with a right superior to your own) to that property.

    5) You asked this same question yesterday - once you've stolen from anybody (friend or stranger) you've committed theft.  If the hat cost at least $1,000. grand larceny (although the guy who sold a hat with atht orice should be charged as well).

    6) Same as 4).

    7) Burglary (enter or remain building w/intent to commit a crime) which is always a felony in NYS; If your prying damaged the register, it would be criminal mischief (a misdemeanor).  If the damage was worth at least $250, the charge would be upgraded to a felony.  Taking out the money and removing it from the premises (or at least from a location in which it can be found) wouldn;t be a crime at all...because every retailer smart enough to make money knows to empty the registers every night.  Unfortunately, you'd still be guilty of the other crimes because rank stupidity is no defense.
