I wouldn't do it.  What would be the point anyway?  If you're going to live in Saudi Arabia for a while, you easily go to Dubai or Bahrain on the weekends to have a few drinks, party, and enjoy some freedom.

why?  you want 'em to put you on their watch list?  bad idea.  yeah, i know you want to tease all your friends.  how much trouble can they make for you if they want to?  bad idea.

i doubt it, unless u rip off the label and rinse it out so it doesnt leave an odour, but why would u wana take back an empty bottle anyway? im sure if u look in the right places u can get whiskey in saudi :)
