bring them all to a vet, get fixed. or call a feral cat rescue place, they will usually do it, if you feed them and provide shelter.

as long as the "house "you bought is like a dog house, with walls and a roof, add blankets, coats, hay for bedding.

they should not be left outside, but it is better then nothing.

letting them live in your garage is better, or under the house.
