Listening Devices? Need to know if someone downstairs of my apartment is listening to me with a device.

What could I do to throw off their receiving of the sound. I know I've heard that if you turn on a rotary fan then that's will interfer with a recorder. What will interfer with a listening device.

what i would do is if you suspect you are being ease dropped on you could be a canned air horn and blast it in the direction you think they are listening from. This will knock them out of thier socks and make them think twice about ease dropping because the devices are sensitive so it would blow out thier ears lol you can also run a fan like you said but that is only if you are talking aboiut things you dont others to hear. The best advice would be to use a lower tone of voice to make it tougher to hear.. try the airhorn thing tho!!
