Listeria question..please reply?

I'm somewhat panicky here. My kids had hot dog about a week ago at "meadows maze' a corn maze at Maple Ridge, BC. How do I know

the sausage was not infected. I'm very scared and dont know how to find out. If anyone in the same situation...please help. I've heard that symptoms may take upto 70 days to show.

  1. the maple leaf products contaminated by the listeria were deli meats only. Do not fear. The hot dog was safe.
