Listing on Google Maps keeps changing initials to lower case

Question

I have listed one of our companies ABC Example Ltd.. onto Google

Maps but for no apparent reason the initials in the listing changes to

'abc' or 'ABc' which looks rather unprofessional. I have access to

edit and update the listing but nothing has been changed and although

i have resubmitted it, the lower case version is still is shown. I have been on the help pages but they do not help. I do

not know how to contact anyone at google to ask them for assistance.

Can someone please help?

Since it is a free service, that is all you get.  If you paid, you would have been assigned a representative who would fix any mistakes. /
