Literary magazines a teen can submit stories to??

Question

I'm fifteen and I've been writing short stories and poems for a long time, even basically a complete novel a few years ago. Some of my recent work my friends, teachers, family, even people I don't know, have really enjoyed. Someone told me that I should submit one of my stories to a literary magazine. I don't really know any magazines (btw it's a story/poem) that I could submit to. Any help?? Thanks to all
