I would like to find publicly traded companies that make lithium batteries for automobile makers

  1. There is only one that I am aware of currently.  Valence Technology--VLNC about $4.00 a share.  Its batteries are used in the Segway. Lithium batteries for automobiles are still somewhat in the development stage.  Toyota for example uses nickel hydride I believe.
