  1. It's an achievement.

  2. litter is generally things in places that they shouldn't be. I couldn't fund a link sorry (I tried).

  3. I know of no "link" other than perhaps wikipedia, or a dictionary to define littering. It is basically any thoughtless and selfish discarding of materials into the environment, whether that be on the ground, in the streets, or in waterways, that should be dumped instead into a dumpster or trash can....anything that will not decompose naturally in the environment, or that will cause an unsightly appearance in a neighborhood or city, or anything that could cause a health hazard, if someone were to come into contact with it.

  4. impossible to define as ANYTHING that you discard in the street can be classed as litter.

Smaller items are normally described as litter whilst larger 'dumps' are classed as 'fly tipping' - but this is still litter.

    Sorry to be so vague.

  5. litter is L I T T E R

  6. Hello

I believe the document you are looking for is The Code of Practice on Litter and Refuse.  This document explains what litter and detritus is to a certain extent as there is no definitive definition under current legislation.

The document can be found on the link below:
