Littering/recycling sayings?

ok there is this guy in my neighborhood who keeps throwing cans and bottles near this cemetary to get back at the guy who owns it so me and my friends are going to make a sign and hang it near there so the guy knows who we are talking about the saying needs to be a little insulting and has to do with littering and recycling so if u can help please do.

Obviously you know who this guy is.

I personally would first tell him what a jerk he was and to stop doing it.

If that is not an option for some reason, and if you feel that your best option is to leave a sign out for him,(I am assuming he can read), would be to say something like 'Mr.(NAME), we are watching you, and now have you on video. Pick up your F***ing mess now or this video will not only go to the police, but will be posted on the web to show the world what a worthless piece of s**t you really are!

If that doesn't work, you might try something like posting his garbage back in a box which says he has won a prize which has to be signed for by the recipient.

The recipient has to pay postage!

Leave a note inside to add insult to injury!

That might just do the trick!
