Little Black bug with wings

I'm having the same issue. I haven't noticed any of the bugs in the bedroom, but in my bathroom which has white tiles and my kitchen when the white counter top. The bugs look like pencil dots but when I keep looking, the dots start to move.  Killing them doesn't do much as there are more the next day.  I normally see them in groups of 5 or more and they do have wings but don't fly at all.  They look like nats but way smaller and all black. Also, they don't move fast, they seem to stay in one spot long enough for me to say - Hun, come look at these things!!

Any suggestions would be great
