Does anyone know which season/episode it is where Dennis has his little keyboard and stage cutout and is trying to pitch a musical. He keeps talking about orphans swarming the stage, and has a musical called 'musical', where the theme tune goes "musical, musical do do do"

I think this is the one you are looking for the character is actually called Matthew Waterhouse.

Pretty sure it's not season 1. I stopped watching after that.
