Little Gent likely to win Stadium Bookmakers Standard Trophy
The P. Rosney trained white and brindle dog, Little Gent, is carrying a lot of confidence following his last three epic feats, and he will be able to add another grand victory to his success-studded career chart by winning the Stadium Bookmakers Standard Trophy that is scheduled to take place at Nottingham racecourse on Monday night, July 30.
The Open Race over 500 meters will commence at 22:07 (GMT). In the £200 event, the two-year-old novice runner will show convincing performance after breaking from the blue box.
The dashing dog has been on the podium for most of the time in his career. Debuting in October 2011, he nicely finished as a runner-up in each of his first two races.
The talented son of Shaneboy Lee out of Patterdale Chloe moved ahead to bag a couple of consecutive triumphs during January 2012. He stepped ahead to grab a grand victory in February.
In the month of May, the veteran sprinter finished first in a T2 race by the huge margin of 8 lengths at Monmore racecourse. His first OR victory came at Nottingham on June 4. That was the Stadium Bookmakers Maiden Standard Trophy.
During July, the enthusiastic sprinter elegantly won two OR races in a row, each with the margin of 2 lengths. He finished third in his last start on July 16 while being the 7-4 favourite.
Thus, Little Gent will be able to thrive convincingly in tonight’s marathon. He has up to 95 percent chances to finish first.
Head Iton Eoin will also perform well in the race. He is also a trainee of P. Rosney. The black dog elegantly finished first in the Betfred.Com Dual Distance Trophy – Heat 2 at Nottingham on June 25.
Earlier, the son of Hondo Black out of Smooth And Soft marvellously won three OR event in a row during the month of May. The experienced sprinter is well-versed in OR format of the game. Thus, he will be able to enjoy great time tonight.
In this situation, a neck-to-neck battle is expected between Head Iton Eoin and Little Gent. Good luck to both the contestants.
