Little Ted’s Child Care Centre in Mount Gravatt - Brisbane ???

I would like to enroll my daughter to Little Ted’s Child Care Centre and would like to know if anyone has had any experience. She is going to ABC Mt Gravatt at the moment but the fees have increase 11 dollars a day and they don't offer much (nappies etc). Please help

you need to weigh out the options, the pros and cons. how old is your daughter? does she transition well? do you think changing her routine and the cost increase are worth it? what's making you want to change centers? how long has she been where she is at? is one daycare closer to home/work?

when you're looking for a childcare center, ask the director and yourself those types of questions and think about these too:

- What is the staff to child ratio is. of course they'll follow the state regulations, but they might have even more staff then the state requires.

- Ask them what their staff turnover is like. if the staff is happy and staying there, better chance they treat their kids great, too.

- You can ask what degree the lead teacher in each room has and how much experience they've had with kids.

- If you have time, you could attend a board meeting. that would give you a chance to meet people who have kids who go there and learn a little more about the center.
