Timmy is 1 1/2 years old and is just now realizing he will not be the youngest in the family anymore and he is throwing fits and is trying to get the most attention even though I think he does get a lot of attention, but from his other siblings! So what is Micheal (my husband) and myself suppose to do to calm him down? As soon as he see's my stomach he flips out and starts running around the house like a crazy man and then runs into his room slams the door and destroyes his room. Also when someone asks him about the baby he flips out and starts going on a rampage! Help us please!!!

  1. Maybe you can tell him that he's got to be good because you need him to teach the new baby everything he knows. Make him feel like a part of the pregnancy and the new baby and that way he sees that you need him to be a part of the babies life. Good luck!

  2. At 18 months old I don't believe he would fully comprehend what is going on. Mine were just walking at that age. It may be he has just entered the terrible 2's stage and it has nothing to do with the baby
