  1. It sounds like cysts. Some people are more susceptible to them than others but they are basically harmless.  They are similar to pimples but form deep under the skin in pockets. Cysts that come to the surface (like a pimple) become painful. This is more likely to occur around your period. You can squeeze them but because of  the way they form it's hard to tell if you completely got the entire cysts. Over time the cysts begins to fill.  Hence, 8 months later the cysts pockets are formed into hard ball you feel in your lobes.   They can be removed by a doctor if they become huge and infected.  Infection of cysts in the earlobes is very unlikely. Applying a hot compress to a painful cysts will help bring it to the surface. The very hot compress should be applied until the cysts forms a head or breaks the skin.   I recommend the hot compress prior to squeezing. By doing this,  you have a better chance of removing the entire cysts.

  2. if ur ears are pierced its from that and theres nothin u can do..if they are im guessing its white thats coming out of them..and its tissue i think...but ur always gonna have em..and dont squeeze them..cuz it just makes em hurt more and they will only keep comin back..i leave mine alone and they never bother me.
