Little bumps on my 4 year olds chin?

they kinda look like little warts. (she does suck her thumb) Maybe from the moister. When she gets out of the tub they are bigger.

I would wait a day or two before I worried. It is probably just from moisture or a little rash.

Yuck! Try putting Johnson's Diaper rash cream on there when she goes to sleep at night, and see what they look like in the morning.

i would check with the doctor on that, but yeah it sounds weird that they would "grow" when getting out of the tub.

I would recommend checking the tire pressure and filling the tire with air according to the max psi.

It might be heat rash, sometimes it does get more red and seem bigger after being in water. But if you are really worried call the doctor and explain the symptom's and in the mean time maybe go to WebMd. I would not recommend any diaper creams in case she licks it, it could make her sick. You could try Lansinoh for Breastfeeding Mothers, that would be okay if she did l**k it.
