Little cup bra confusion.?

Question

two months ago i got a cup bra! your supposed to take them off at night, right or wrong? lol.any other info you wanna throw out. PLEASE DO !

YEA I TAKE OFF MY BRA AT NIGHT....ITS BETTER AND YOU HAVE TO LET THEM BREATH AND IF YOU WEAR YOUR BRA ALL THE TIME AND NEVER TAKE IT OFF LATER ON THE ROAD IT WILL STOP YOUR BREAST GROWTH.

well, i'm not sure about if it's bad for your b***s, but i know that if i sleep with a wire one, the wire bends weird from sleeping on it. so just dont do it.

i used to sleep with no bra, but when i'm around people (such as camp where i'm with guys and girls in my pj's, and i feel wierd with my big b***s jiggling around my guy buds) i just sleep in like a worn out sports bra, it lets youtake a  breather without being super exposed when you get up =)

I sleep with mine off. It;s so uncomfortable wit it on while sleeping. Plus my b***s hurt if I leave it on.

It's recommended that you go around 12 hours a day without a bra on to allow for proper flow of fluids within the breast tissue. Take that thing off at night!

well, it all depends...

are you comfortable wearing a bra to bed? cause usually it causes them to get tender or sore...and then you just wanna not wear it during the day! ahhah

if it doesnt bug you, i dnt see why not. soft cup bras like the ones i got from lasenza dont bug me, but i only wear a bra if im at a sleepover or sumthing where theres other ppl around...

its your own preference...there is no proof that it leads to breast cancer or anything, so go right ahead and wear that two month old if u really wanna! :P
