Little league world series....?

hey i just moved to a new school and its in warner robins...well their little league team won the world series and one kid at my school is named liek dalton cariker or soemthing...i was wondering if anyone had heard of him because ive heard that he was on the jay leno show or something...and that he was like the captain of the team...i was just wondering how popular it made him=] thanks!

1st time i heard of dalton carriker was when they interviewed him today during the LLWS Hawaii vs Louisiana game on ABC. they showed a clip of him hitting the walk-off homer last year, beating japan in the world series. he commented on how good kennon fontenot (louisiana pitcher) was & gave general advice on playing the big game tomorrow. he also said winning the world series last year was "a life-changing experience" & how he still gets recognized just walking into a store.

seems like a cool kid, u should try to get to know him. see if it all really went to his head, haha. but he seemed mature & humble in his interview. i'm sure you'll hear his name a lot if he's playing high school baseball.
