Little "Magic" Fur ball?

Question

I was at Walmart and at the checkout was this little furry snake looking thing. It was attached to a clear string (fish line) and you could like wrap it around your finger and it would appear as it had a mind of its own, but you were really moving it with the string. I was going to buy it but didn't have my money with me at the time. I was going to look for tricks online & couldn't remember the name. They are $2.76 at walmart checkouts. Any clue what this is?
