Little red bumps, ingrown hairs on stomach.?

I had hair on my stomach and I thought it was gross so I shaved it off. Now the hair is really thick and coarse. When I get my stomach waxed it leaves in grown hairs and there are red bumps. It also leaves like little dark marks around my belly button like there is still hair there. How do I get rid of it all?

..while showering everyday rub them well with the sponge ..then after a week u will notice them gone because the dead skin will get peeled and the hairs will be free..then wax them again and always when u shower use a sponge...

and never shave them..or u can do laser ...u will lose them forever
