ive got 2 weeks till my husband who has been overseas for a year comes back. ive gained alot of weight since he left and dont feel confident to do anything in the badroom area so i was hoping if i did a high! intence! excercise workout dvd thats 30 mins 3 times a day while eating well and drinking alot of water do you think i can get atleast the wobbley bits toned a bit or is it not really something that works? its been the worst storm season here in 10 years so no i cant walk and jog. i cant afford a gym ether!
