I'm italian boy and I'm interesting to study in the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School because I want to be an actor away from my country.

How is the life in Bristol unlike London? Is it easy looking for a job and a lodging?

  1. Bristol is a beautiful historic city. It is lively vibrant place. The BOV school is probably the best in its field.

If you want a waiting job or bar work, you shouldn't have too much of a problem, cheap housing might be a problem. The area around Clifton is largely made up of flats and bedsits for students but can be expensive.

Public transport is fairly good but the roads can get congested.

The people are friendly and should be welcoming.

London is only a couple of hours by train or bus if you really need to go there but Bristol has enough facilities of its own.
