Don't understand ya??  London BST is six hours later than St. Paul which is on Central Daylight time....ie.  midnight in St. Paul, MN is 6:00 AM in London, England.  The fourteen minutes is cause live programming still has a small delay as a final check and for technical requirements.  There is no TRUE live broadcasting....meaning the second they say it you see and hear it...doesn't happen.
