  1. You can apply for US citizenship 5 years after your green card. Start paperwork on the 4th year.

  2. try going on the internet to this website. www.uscitizenship.info/

  3. If you have lived in US as Permanent Resident for 4 years and 9 months at least and you are over 18 years of age, you are eligible to apply for US Citizenship.

Here is the link to the guide

    http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/m...

    http://www.uscis.gov/files/article/M-476...

  4. it depends on your status in the US. assuming that you got a green  or alien card and got it by marriage then its time to apply if you entered the US by a family status like a brother sister father or son (immediate family ) then you must wait 5 years

  5. Are you here on permanant resident? then its 5 yrs. Are you married to a US citizen? then its 3 yrs. Go to www.uscitizenship.com and you will get all the help you need. But start saving your money it now cost about 800 to become naturalized. including pictures

  6. It depends on how you live during these 4 years. If you live legally, you can try to apply for a green card, then citizenship after 5 years holding the green card.

  7. the only way you can apply is if you have a green card.

If you got your green card Via  marriage to a U.S Citizen you must:

    Still married

Have  you card for more then 3 years

And have been married for more then 3 years.

If is not via marriage then you must wait 5 years  of green card holding

  8. It depends. If you are married to an american citizen and this was the way you've received your green card, then after 3 yrs. of marriage you have a right to apply for a citizenship. If you already have your green card and received it as being a legal immigrant, then it's 5 yrs. Either way, you have to be a green card holder first. Living and working in US means nothing even if it's longer than 4 yrs...
