Live in Canada, Site that lets me pay like i have a mastercard/visa online?

Trying to find a way to pay for FFXI, Epassporte asks for credit card or US checking account, being canadian kinda out of luck on that. Haven't been able to find canadian retailers that sell "Prepaid credit cards" so curious if there is a website out there that would act as a visa/mastercard that i could upload money to from a online bank account?

Maybe I am confused about your question, but Visa has prepaid cards for Canadians. Why couldn't you just order a prepaid Visa card and then use it?
