  1. well i think farm because you are like away from the shouting and drunk people sooo i guess farm i live somewat like a farm:)

  2. It all depends on what kind of person you are.

I think that most people would enjoy living in the city. But if you are looking for a tranquil escape from the lights and busy city life, then I would choose a farm. Especially if you are rich and can buy a big house/mansion/castle as a summer house.

  3. The opening title secquence of the old sit-com "Green Acres" pretty much sums it up.

  4. You personally or any human?

Initially all humans lived in bands or tribes of hunter-gathers.  As populations grew, these groups settled and formed villages surrounded by farm lands.  Eventually this lead to a system of farms surrounding urban centers.  As mechanized farming released additional population for other work, cities grew to enormous sizes.

Cities allow for the widest diversity of human interests and possible ways to earn a living.  They are also the centers for trade and exchange of ideas and art.  The best retail outlets, universities, libraries, museums, restaurants, theaters and even sporting events are all associated with cities.

Farms and to some degree, ranches, are somewhat specialized niches for human expression.  They have limited options and even with the best equipment are labor intensive.  They offer interaction with the environment (especially soil, plants and animals) at the expense of interaction with other humans.  Unlike urban centers, however, they can be very conservative in change slowly.  This is the reason that some groups like the Amish cling to rural live styles.

  5. If you desire for happenings in a vulgar life, it's the city. If you need tranquility, the farm.  The far-off place in the farm is safer than the most secluded room in the city.

  6. City and farm are totally opposites. One is fast paced and the other is slow paced. One is early to bed and early to rise.  The other one is more active at night.
