Live in texas and just got my drivers permit. they just gave me a paper and did'nt take a picture.is that ok?

i went to get my drivers permit and i though they will take a picture of me but they didnt. is that normal?

  1. Yes, that is what they do you will get your regular license later.  


  2. Yes. . .until you ACTUALLY GET A DRIVER'S LICENSE.  You HAVE to be accompanied by an adult in ANY state until you're legally LICENSED!   THEREFORE. . . THE ADULT HAS TO HAVE IDENTIFICATION THAT'S ACCOMPANYING YOU!
