Live messenger that will work on windows xp pro sevice pack1

please can some one give me a link that will work on xp pro sevice pack 1 thank you!!!!

I can't find a live messenger link that will work with SP2. I would recommend getting SP2 as it contains a number of security and error fixes which you should really have. You should be able to get this by going to update.microsoft.com

If SP2 is not in the list then just search for it on microsofts website and download it manually.

What you should really be doing is downloading and installing SP3. SP3 is a Cumulative Update, thus it will also install SP1 and SP2 if they aren't present already.

Your system is very out of date in terms of security and performance - SP2 was introduced in 2004 and SP3 earlier this year. The result will be a faster, more secure system, so do that 1st and then worry about Windows Live Messenger.

First of all why are you running service pack 1???? There are alot of errors and bugs and exploits and that pack, go to start all programs and go up and click Microsoft update if that is not there go to the  Microsoft website and get service pack 3.
