Live phobia support chat?

Is there a live chat for phobia support? Even just a place for those suffering a phobic moment to chat with a sympathetic ear until they can calm down a bit?

I know there are helpline numbers found somewhere in the front of the yellow pages and phonebooks etc.

If your really having trouble coping, maybe try calling up someone you know, someone you trust.
