I have been working in video production mostly with live event production and music videos in side of a music label. Recently some of my clients have been asking about sending a signal from my cameras to large screens on stage or to the stadiums jumbo tron. I have never done this before and am not sure even know. obviously I dont want to lose clients because of my lack of knowledge. Is there anyone out there that can tell me how to do this or what I would even need to get this done. I would really be thankful.

Thanks to all

  1. I presume today, all your cameras feed back to a central point - the console, mixer, switcher or computer that monitors and records everything and lets you move from camera to camera.

Talk to the folks who run/maintain the big screen or jumbo-tron. The can tell you what signal and connectors they need to get from you.

Take a feed from your equipment's video out (likely RGB using BNC connectors) and run a cable to the big screen's video in. The video engineers can help you. That is what they are there for.
