Liverpool, evening restaurants for an 18th?

Hi, i know a lot of similar questions have been asked but I've only been in Liverpool a few months and don't know anywhere to do with restaurants.

I'm looking for somewhere to take my girlfriend for an evening meal for her 18th along with friends (probably about 15 people).

Ideally it would be somewhere classy and takes itself seriously, but not somewhere where a bunch of 18/19 year olds couldn't go for a chat, a laugh and a good night.

The idea of foreign food is always appealing so anywhere italian, chinese, indian, french, japanese, spanish or thai would be a bonus.

I went to Piccolinos for an 18th recently and that's just kind the thing i'm looking for well maintained, good food and maybe a good drink/wine/cocktail selection.

If that's too specific just if you know of anywhere good for a 18h in Liverpool?

try Est Est Est, in the Albert dock, thats where i went for my eighteenth. its italian and a bit expensive but SO nice. when i was there there was a frank sinatra inpersonator on (later in the evening) who made me dance with him, so embarrasing, but it was fun.
