window, and Gameiro is among the shortlisted players for club manager, Brendan Rodgers.
The Merseyside outfit has been too reliant on Uruguayan international, Luis Suarez this season in terms of goal-scoring. The forward has scored 13 goals in the 2012/13 campaign so far, being a goal-scoring machine for the Reds.
However, Rogers does not want to be too reliant on the talented forward, and wants to add more attacking options in the upcoming transfer window.
