Liverpool chairman Tom Werner reveals the board is pleased with Kenny Dalglish – EPL News
Liverpool chairman http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Tom-c35214 Werner has heaped praise on the influential manager Kenny Dalglish and has acknowledged that the Merseyside club’s board is ‘enormously pleased’ with the progress of the Scotsman at Anfield.

he took over the charge of the Anfield club.

The former Blackburn http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Rovers-c40385 manager provided some much required stability to Liverpool and helped them finish sixth last season despite their poor performance in the first half of the campaign.
Dalglish added seven new players to his squad in the recently concluded summer transfer window. The Reds have kicked-off of the ongoing 2011/12 Barclays Premier League impressively as they have managed to bag seven points in four matches and are placed sixth
in the League standings.
Werner has hailed the progress of the Liverpool manager and has insisted that the Scotsman has full support of the board.
The Liverpool chairman said, “We are enormously pleased that he is our coach, he provides great leadership on the pitch.”
Werner believes Dalglish is the right man to manage the club as the Scotsman understands Liverpool more than anyone.
The Reds have spent over £100 in the past two transfer windows in order to earn UEFA Champions qualification. Werner is confident that Liverpool will be able to secure a European berth under Kenny Dalglish. The Anfield club chairman is also hopeful that
the Scotsman will be able to deliver silverware in the foreseeable future.
"I've been with him when he's talking to employees and when he's talking to supporter groups, and when he talks about Liverpool, this is a man who understands the club's history and our relentlessness when we were winning and hopefully he will bring trophies,"
