Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher believes Andy Carroll could become a world-class striker
Liverpool centre back http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Jamie-Carragher-c17728 believes that the club’s new singing Andy Carroll has all the attributes to become one of the greatest strikers in the history of football.
Jamie Carragher told Liverpool’s official website, “Andy has got all the attributes you need to be a top centre forward. I can't advise him how to do that, but if I can help him a little bit along the way, along with the coaching staff and the manager and
all the other players at the club, then I will.”
“Andy has done fantastically well since he has come here. Now he is in the England squad, I think he can establish himself as the country's number nine for the next decade. We will be looking for him to do that for Liverpool,” added the English defender.

Carroll scored his first ever goal for Liverpool. It was a spectacular strike from the English attacker, who gave the keeper no chance whatsoever to stop the shot, as he muscled the ball from well outside of the penalty box to the bottom corner.

Andy Carroll now has two goals to his name out of four appearances for Liverpool.
