Reds’ full-back, Jose Enrique, has admitted that the club needs to aim for the top four in the next season as they have potential to perform against the best teams.

Jose Enrique claimed that his team will have no excuses next season of not finishing in the top four as they have great and experienced players in the squad. He admitted that Liverpool will find it difficult,
as some of the other clubs will be spending heavily in their respective squads to strengthen the team.

which was one of the main reasons of not performing well in the league.
“The top four has to be our target next season. It will be difficult as, even with new managers, the top clubs will spend a lot this summer to strengthen but I don't think we have to worry about the rest, we
just have to worry about ourselves. The reason we weren't in the top four this season isn't because of any other team, it's because of our own mistakes,” he was quoted as saying in an interview.
Enrique claimed that English Premier League is the best league in the world and the player wants his team to be competing at the top level.
“I think this is the best league in the world with so many teams fighting for those top places. Next season we hope we will be there,” he concluded.
