offer to £35 million.
A number of things are yet to be agreed on, pertinently the England international’s personal terms, and indeed a medical which could prove complicated given the fact Carroll is currently injured. However, reports indicate Newcastle are likely to accept the

Other reports suggested Newcastle striker Andy Carroll is committed to moving to Anfield after the second bid in the region of £35m.
The latest development may also indicate Fernando Torres is on the verge of completing a dream move to Chelsea as the two clubs are said to be in advanced talks over a £50 million deal. He has been left out of Liverpool squad, and he trained alone today.
He is expected to sign a five-year 170K a week deal.
The Magpies, who rejected a £30m offer for 22-year-old Carroll earlier Monday, had said on several occasions that the striker is an integral part of the club. They have previously rebuffed Harry Redknapp’s approach for the in-form striker.
Some reports suggest the Magpies have accepted the bid, but that has not been confirmed by any of the sides involved.
