http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809 open talks with Kenny Dalglish
After weeks of rumours floating about, claiming that Liverpool had finally re-negotiated a contract extension with Kenny Dalglish, the owners of the team have come forth and stated that they haven’t. It seems like King Kenny might just be in-line for an
actual contract talk this time around.
It is being reported that despite the team’s fallout in the Europa League to Braga, the team’s owners are currently holding talks with Dalglish to make him the Reds’ permanent boss and are looking to offer him a new and improved two year contract to start
things off with.
It feels like it’s about time that the team offered the manager a new contract, considering the fact that he has practically single handily gone on to transform the fate of the team. When Dalglish came into the side, they were struggling to avoid the drop
zone, however within only three months of the manager’s appointment, the club are looking to contest for a European qualification spot in the League table.
Many have claimed that the arrival of Dalglish is just what Liverpool needed and at the moment it seems close to impossible to argue with them.
Juventus looking to tempt fed-up Dimitar Berbatov
Manchester United’s Bulgarian forward, Dimitar Berbatov has reportedly gone on to state that he has become fed-up with life at Manchester United. The striker feels that despite him proving time and time again that he is capable of starting for the team,
he is left on the bench far too often.
It is also being reported that Juventus have become aware of this mental state that the striker is in and are now looking to somehow persuade the player to make the switch to the Italian club.
At the moment it is being reported that the team is looking to offer as much as ten million pounds for the striker, since his contract is set to run out in 2012. However, it is strongly believed that the team will have to up their initial offer if they are
to stand any chance of landing the player.
Juventus not interested in Jose Bosingwa
Juventus had been heavily linked with a potential move for Chelsea’s Portuguese full-back Jose Bosingwa in recent months. However, it seems like the team are not willing to meet the ten million pound evaluation of the player that the team have placed on
the player’s head and are now considering to looking at options elsewhere.
