Liverpool striker Luis Suarez reveals dream to play for La Liga giants Barcelona

Luis Suarez, the 24-year-old Liverpool striker, admitted it was his dream to play for La Liga giants Barcelona someday. His confession comes months after his move to the English Premier League side from Ajax in the January transfer window.
Liverpool signed Suarez and former Newcastle United striker Andy Carroll for a combined fee of £57.8 million during the winter transfer window after the departure of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786.
Suarez made his debut for the Reds against Stoke City in the English Premier League, coming on as a substitute and went on to score on his debut, helping Liverpool score a 2-0 win. In 13 appearances for Liverpool in the League, the forward found the back

The player’s agent, Pere Guardiola, happens to be the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 manager’s brother, which is why he was initially linked with a move to the Spain giants. However, the Barcelona boss was not too keen on Suarez, which is why the move did not go through.
Suarez said in an interview:
“Before meeting Pere Guardiola, my current agent, I had this illusion, that dream of a chance [to play] on that team [Barcelona]
Obviously he [Pere] is a person related to Barcelona by his brother, but work situations are totally different relationships. If Guardiola wanted me, he would want me no matter who represents me.”
However, Suarez revealed he was glad he had signed with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749. He said he hoped to do well with the club in the upcoming season, the Uruguayan striker continued:
