Liverpool to sign Milan Jovanović

Liverpool have agreed a deal to sign Serbia international Milan Jovanović for next season. The 28-year-old Standard Liege forward will move to Merseyside on a free transfer after he’s represented his country at the World Cup in South Africa, and signifies the first part of boss Rafael Benitez’ summer rebuilding plans. Benitez reportedly beat off competition from AC Milan to land the forward.
