Liverpool’s Fernando Torres to be unleashed in the derby encounter with Everton (Part 2)

Even though Liverpool is heading towards financial stability, just as Torres had demanded, the club’s position is what is going to make the final decision for El Nino. Torres started his early career from Atletico Madrid and later
he was transferred to Liverpool in 2007. Torres has appeared 249 times for the Spanish club and scored 91 goals.
With Liverpool he has had an even more amazing career, having capped 125 times and netted the ball 73 times. Put it in pen and paper terms, or on field, this is simply the reason why the striker is considered a coveted player.
Brukner clarified further about Torres’ recovery by telling, “He has had intense treatment over the last 10 days and responded very well to that treatment.”
On his return to practice with Liverpool team the medical boss uttered, “He's ready to resume training and if we can build up his training and get through the next few days, then we are optimistic but not certain that he will be
able to line up against Everton.”
Brukner also mentioned that the decision to play in the Everton match will be somewhat of a surprise decision as the manager and the player will decided it amongst themselves on Saturday at Goodison Park if the player is ready
for a comeback. He informed that the player and the English manager are discussing the issue and soon enough more will be out of the blue about the player.
Brukner had good news over all as he stated that there was also the possibility of a return of former Fulham left back Paul Konchesky who had been earlier injured because of a hamstring injury. This will be the defender’s first
derby debut.
