Living at low temperatures?

hello, i used to live at about 30 degree in the summer and about 15 degree in the winter, i would like to know if i can live in a country like canada where the temperature is about 0 degree or i don't know, and how ?, thank you very much

Wear lots of heavy clothes, and keep the heat in your house cranked up

When outside, dress warmly. Keep plenty of warm clothing with you if you are going to be outside for any extended periods of time.

Are you talking about Fahrenheit or Celsius?  There's quite a difference between the two scales.

Canada goes by the Celsius scale, the US is Fahrenheit.
