  1. i am sure if your salary is only 2200 dirhams a month... then the accomodation you get will not be great. I mean it's all relative really.

Weekly Food expenses from simply shopping at megastores such as carrefour or geant, can cost around 500 dirhams a week, dependant on how many are in the family and how much you eat!

I mean if you want to go out for leisure you will HAVE to get a car. You cannot walk many places here, and the Dubai Metro Light Rail System is still under construction until next year.

It's ok... i suppose if you are VERY tight on a budget. Remember.. there is always hidden costs!

  2. Dear

The Salary offer that you received is AED 2200 per month + Accomodation + Transportation.

So you have to take care of only food & other miscellaneous expenses. Actually accomodation is a much expensive thing here, so you are lucky.

For a single life with just an average food a maximum of 300-500 AED depends you. per day an average of 10-15 AED + Miscellaneous expenses like Mobile/Telephone, Outside travel, Taxi etc...

So, for a starter job and profession, it will be a good one for you. All the best.

  3. I know the cost of living will depend on ones lifestyle But I would like to know what reasonable living expenses would be..

  4. 10 dhs
