Living cost in melbourne?

im going to study in melbourne..but am worried about the cost of living there. i dont have much money, will have to earn part of my tuition fees there. my husband is going with me, and he'll work fulltime. but still we are in doubt whether our earnings will be enough. can somebody tell me how much money do we have to spend as living cost per month (i mean the cheapest possible option ie. if sharing house/flat, home cooking, living outside the city etc.)

If your husband works, and you work part time, do not worry. You will be able to live comfortably (though not luxuriously) in Melbourne.
