  1.   I lived in Ohio most of my life and spent a lot of time in Columbus. I would say you should try to get a place on the east side.Somewhere outside the by-pass loop and south of I-70. I have a few friends who still live there and they all moved where I`m telling you about because it`s cheaper to live there and more of a choice. Can`t you relocate to Atlanta,Georgia area? Many more choices. There are a lot of small communities all around Atlanta with many more options and just about as safe as Columbus. Many airline main terminals are located there and makes it easier to change airlines if you choose to.

  2. TRY CLOSE opps caps lock lol. try close too downtown. i remember the southern part was nice as well

  3. I would definitely recommend Reynoldsburg! Stay to the very east of Columbus & better yet....right ouside of which is much nicer & safer as well! You are still close to the airport & the fun is in a close distance!

  4. There are new apartments right around the corner on Stelzer.

I do not know your culture, but there are surrounding areas in Bexley, Gahanna, Whitehall  that can work for anyone.

My daughter lives in the Continent it is 500 dollars with all utilities paid.

  5. i hope you really like cedar point.

  6. most of columbus is unsafe at night, you want to get as close to high street as you can that's where all the fun parties are. and well I guess you are only half as far away from cedar point as you were lol, but it'll still take you a couple hours to get up here.

  7. Lol, why move to America? Australia has a more stable economy, better wealth distribution and social care. Even the education is better. America is just glossy because its where all the tv shows come from. Besides, australia is slowly adopting american traits anyway. Wait about 10 years and you probably won't have to move. I'm not trying to be slanderous, there are some awesome american places. But the probability of improving your living standards is unlikely.

Plus, convincing parents to move is hard enough without a better reason than "I want to! I've been having dreams about it!!!" If you really want to move you should somehow get your dad a really good job opportunity over there. No parents want to move where they are already living comfortably (even somewhant comfortable) because moving into an unknown place is scary.

  8. if you want to live near the airport I would suggest gahanna (where the airport is) or maybe even upper arlington (a 15 min drive to the airport) there are a lot of apartments in ua for rent.  I would avoid hilliard, dublin, delaware, or grove city because they are growing very rapidly and the taxes are high.  Another option is clintonville (a neighborhood in columbus near high street) which is cheap but a nice area

  9. When i was younger i lived in Lancaster which is near Columbus. It was a nice neighborhood to grow up to and i dont think there was much crime at all. I do believe there are nice apartments around but i havnt been there for atleast 4 or 5 years so it might have changed. They have a nice shopping mall there and if u do, visit Slaters (i hoped i spelled that right). And i hope its still there, it was such a cool store! The people there are very nice also!!!

    Good luck with your findings!

  10. I'd recommend Hilliard.  It is a nice town but has some apartments which are affordably priced.  Great schools, and safe neighborhoods on the overall..  I70 runs right through it, so its a quick and easy drive to the airport.  Its on the West Central part of town, so its got quick and easy access to a lot of shopping and other activities.
