What do you think of living in Ireland? How are the people? Do you wish you could move? Why? Where? Thank You!

Everyone saying the con is the rain.  I tell you what...we don't have crazy extreme weather like in the USA.  I'm moving from Dublin to Chicago and i'm dreading the weather there.  It doesn't rain constantly in Ireland.

Pro - Good salary and 20 vacation days by law per year + i think its 9 holidays.

Pros - Temperate climate, good social services, good transport network, good night life, nice scenery, majority are nice people.

Cons - Very expensive, rain.

I wanted to move once upon a time but then I realized that compared to the USA we actually have it much better here! We are friendly people once u are friendly to us. Dublin is fun but I recommend Galway in the west.
